This once, I have really allowed myself some re-interpretation of the site and character, being my reference to the Shrine of Grimnir.
So the site in question belongs in one of the enormous strongholds of the dwarfs, all stone and marble, constantly protected by legions of warriors, as the dwarf way really is. Of course the original Shrine is meant to be a fully fledged and decorated structure with several areas and rooms.
Yet, I thought real "historical" events would have taken place somewhere else, in a more discrete and out of the spotlight manner, hence his actual (maybe secret) shrine was absolutely to be found elsewhere out in the wild, most certainly on the top of some mountain, worshiped only by the few who know about it.
Here comes the first version of the statue. Thought of making it a bit more roman-like or at least a totally different style to project the time-gap. Yet, the classic slayer was killing it and prevailed in the end.
