Recently released, the Keeper's Village from the NinjaGo series contains some pearls that could easily fit into a (pretty difficuly) Warhammer conversion to the Lizardmen.

Also Chef Mammatus headset is highly promising to this purpose. So, LEGO, when more lizardy faces other than Chima crocs?
Not to mention how the presence of a wide array of dinosaurs could
easily draw things into that direction... Hey, anyone up to the
