Dwarf Flame Cannon (6th edition)

A volatile concoction of hot oil and molten tar is mixed within the Flame Cannon before air is pumped into the barrel; soon the pressure inside is tremendous and the barrel is almost ready to burst. At precisely the right moment, the Dwarfs place a burning oily wad into the nozzle and release the pressure. The mixture catches fire as it whooshes from the barrel in a leaping spurt.

The burning oil arcs into the air towards the enemy ranks and, with a bit of luck, lands in the middle of the foe, spraying boiling tar over them. For longer ranged shots, the Dwarfs simply apply more pressure, and the most experienced crew know exactly when to release the straining valves to achieve maximum distance. Those crew who misjudge this subtle balance rarely get another chance. Enemies struck by Flame Cannons have their flesh melted off them in a slough, leaving only scorched bones and a foul-smelling liquid that is best described as 'goo'. Even the bravest of those who survive, after seeing their comrades so gruesomely reduced, have been known to flee immediately. (SOURCE)

And from my workshop comes now a new dwarf machinery, the legendary flamethrower!

Wanted to reproduce the elegant line of this wonder and opted for a full brick composition to reproduce the sides.

Once again, brick 53457 is the best approximation (it is now present in 4-5 of my WH MOCs)

Main flaw: for perfect proportions the body of the cannon should be a 3x3 diameter. So while we have 3x3 discs, round bricks of that size are to my knowledge not available.

Then if the crosses attached to the gas tanks on top would a perfect correspondent in LEGO brick , could not yet find any way to add them!

UPDATE December 2022:

Found exactly who did it exactly how I wrote above abd looking just perfect. I can only have a say thanks to the cannon mouth spitting fire and maybe the wheels! But say it if you like mine more! 😀
