Although not sure hippogryphs/pegasi are part of the symbology of the Empire (rather Bretonnia?), thought the vintage Buckbeak from the Harry Potter series could be a nice decoration on the streets of a men city. Bad enough, there not seem to be corresponding wings in light grey hue.
